Each Harvey Norman Store within a Harvey Norman complex, is operated by independent franchisees pursuant to franchises granted by subsidiaries of Harvey Norman Holdings Limited ACN 003 237 545 (“HNH”). Generic Publications Pty Ltd ACN 104 215 241 (“GP”) is a subsidiary of HNH and is the owner and publisher of the content contained in this website (referred to as “our”, “us”, “we”).

Your use of this website is subject to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and any other laws or regulations which apply to this website. If you do not accept these Terms, you must refrain from using this website.

Prices, Products and Services

HNH, GP and subsidiaries of HNH do not operate Harvey Norman stores and do not make any offers by this website. The information in this website has been published by us upon the basis that relevant Harvey Norman franchisees at the Harvey Norman Auburn Complex, New South Wales, Australia, will offer the goods for sale until a specified date or until sold, whichever first occurs, at no greater than the advertised prices, GST-inclusive. Prices displayed on this website are in Australian dollars. Prices are subject to change by individual Harvey Norman franchisees, and do not include display accessories, options or delivery. We reserve the right to correct any errors or misprints and have no responsibility if goods are unavailable from any Harvey Norman franchised store. All trademarks shown on any product is the property of their respective owners. Some goods may not be on show or available at each Harvey Norman franchised store. Prices may vary between individual Harvey Norman Franchised Stores. Any savings shown are off manufacturers’ recommended retail prices or the normal prices charged by each relevant Harvey Norman franchisee, or as determined by that relevant franchisee. Prices of goods described on this website and offered for sale by Harvey Norman franchisees located out of the Sydney Metropolitan area will be higher than prices in this website. No purchase may be made from this website. International visitors to this website should not rely on information contained in this website.

Each Harvey Norman store within a Harvey Norman complex is operated by an independent franchisee (“franchisee”) pursuant to a franchise granted by a subsidiary of Harvey Norman (“franchisor”). This privacy policy applies to Generics, Harvey Norman and its related bodies corporate, the franchisor and its related bodies corporate and each franchisee (collectively referred to as “our”, “us”, “we”).

We respect your privacy and are committed to handling your personal information in accordance with the National Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). This privacy policy explains how we manage your personal information we collect about you.

Collection, Use and Disclosure

We may collect your personal information directly from you or when you deal with us by telephone, letter or email; when you access and interact with our website; or from other sources. The information we collect may include your name, address, telephone number and email address. we may include your personal information in a database compiled by us for use in direct marketing by us. If you do not wish to receive marketing material from us, we ask you to notify our Privacy Officer.
